What a fabulous night it will be at “The Table”
You will travel through a wine and culinary event from the heart of the Pacific Northwest.
Your hosts will be Allison of La Table Fleurie, who is a local Milwaukie culinarian, and whose love of the Pacific Northwest and France shine through her spectacular bites menu for the evening. Not only will she create and serve your menu of the night but she will offer additional product to purchase and take home.
Our wine hosts are twill cellars who began as a project to explore some of the more unique terroirs in Oregon while employing the three varietals best suited to express the variations of land and vintages that we are hoping to capture. They are a fairly unobtrusive bunch - organic in the fields and very low impact in the winery. All of their wines are sourced from the grape and no procured bulk wine is used in our production. They likely won't attain Instagram fame, though their hope is to keep ahead by crafting serious wines that are vineyard and vintage specific from some of the best terroirs in Oregon.
