Refund policy

K.MARIE wants our customers to be completely satisfied. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package if something isn’t quite right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on all returns. Please use a responsible carrier for your return, one that can provide you with a tracking number.
K.MARIE is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and find a solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), vintage items (these are as is products). Please email us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
