Join me once a month to create the most amazing “tag” journal. These tags will each be individual works of art telling a story that remembers a moment, an event, friend, family, or…….
We will begin in January, with a fantastic NEW Year “theme” all in Black and White, and my favorites metallics. I will curate a special collection of papers, graphics, 3 tags and some special surprises. Each packet to create with will be put together for you, with the intention of starting January off on a creative journey. The reason for black and white is also so that you can decide what “colors” you would like your journal to be, and you can easily incorporate your color palette into black and white. (I did create 4 tags for you to create - some extra fun to start the new year)
I will be posting pictures of my January shortly, but in the meantime I have grabbed some photos from online that have inspired me to create my first “story”
How will this work? When you start the journey, you will first need to sign up for the “Let’s Begin this month” which will give you the base kit along with a creative packet for that months “theme” each month of the year will have a theme either based on the holiday that month, or just for the joy it will bring you. You can order extra kits every month, please note they will all be little different from the other and limited edition. Once gone, they won’t be recreated. Packets may contain vintage and new, papers, ephemera, embellishments, sparkle and more. There will be things I love, and sharing from my personal collection. During the year you will learn different paper techniques, and will be able to use some of my vintage crafting tools….. I am also including rings for you to put all of these amazing art pieces on, there will be options for a large ring for all of your tags or a few smaller ones, for themes you have chosen.
After your first month, you will register for each month/date to create the next art pieces in your series. I have listed the first three months. We will talk about some of your goals, the colors the vibe etc at your “beginning” class. I’ll use what we talk about as inspiration in creating your monthly kits.
The workshop will begin at 11:00 am and wrap up at 3:00 pm
