Create stunning flower arrangements with the Crepe Paper Flower Series, featuring easy-to-follow tutorials by K.MARIE. Craft beautiful and realistic flowers using high-quality crepe paper. Perfect for any DIY enthusiast or aspiring florist. Transform any space with these elegant and long-lasting blooms.
Each workshop will feature how to make a type of flower and a greenery/foliage (two tutorials each week) all of which I have featured in the arrangement. Please read the information carefully so that you know what you will create, and what you will need to bring with you each week.
As a part of the workshop you will receive a flower tool kit, templates and supplies for the tutorial. NOTE: please make sure that if you are planning on attending the entire series, register for the series, not each session otherwise you will receive 4 sets of tools.
You MUST pre register for the series or a specific session
Week ONE: September 6th start time is 6:00 pm Mini Roses & Rosebuds and Dusty Miller
Week TWO: September 13th start time is 6:00 pm Mums (2 types) and Snake Plant leaves
Week THREE: September 27th start time is 6:00 pm Cala Lilies and Feather Eucalyptus
Week FOUR; October 4th start time is 6:00 pm Forced Branches (2 types) and Salal (which can become rose, and hydrangea leaves)
We will also be tinting/coloring some of the flowers, discussing how some of the flowers can with a small change be a different style of flower. It is recommended that you bring a sharp pair of scissors as this will help you when creating more flowers at home. If you have detail scissors bring those too!
At each session I will talk about the different types, weight, new vs. vintage how to color and tint your flowers and leaves. Also you will receive enough supplies to create the flowers/foliage for the tutorial, templates for those leaves and flower and a set of tools/wires, tape etc. Everyone will work with the same colors, I will have the studio filled with gorgeous crepe paper for you to purchase that evening to create more flowers, foliage at your leisure. Also, feel free to bring the container that you eventually will create your arrangement in, I am happy to help in putting together colors, and even suggest adjusting flower sizes to the container.
Please note that this is a non refundable/non transferable workshop. If for some reason you cannot attend your kit will be available to pick up after the event, or you can send someone in your place. If this happens please let me know so I know who might be coming in your place.
This is an evening workshop and as a reminder we do have a food truck on site. It is recommended that you place a preorder online. I always suggest ordering earlier in the day, and pick your pick up time. The truck will be likely closed by the time we finish. Here is the link to order online
If you have ANY questions about this workshop please feel free to email me. Also, registration will close every Wednesday at Noon prior to the workshop session each week. You can request a spot and if there are "extra kits" available I will respond with a registration link.
