This is going to be so much fun. You have seen some of the most beautiful flowers made from ribbon and have wanted to learn how to make them. This is your opportunity.
You will create 3 different sizes of flowers from my collection of French Wired Ribbon, (limited to supply that I have) along with a set of leaves. I posted a couple of pictures here - please note that these are for inspiration and that the ribbons will vary from what you see here.
Please bring either wire cutters or needle nose pliers (the best option) and plan on a fun morning of creating a very special art form -
What can you use these for, jewelry, journaling, embellishments on shoes, gift toppers, and more. they are incredibly versatile and fun to use on so many things.
We will begin at 10:00 am, please note we will start promptly at that time. Make it a day in Downtown Milwaukie with family, friends, or treat yourself to a fun afternoon. We will wrap up at 3:00 pm that day. There is a coffee shop next door for the am or pm caffeine lift! Remember to say "glitter" to the staff, you will receive a special K.MARIE discount on your purchase.
This is a non refundable workshop and you must be 14 years of age to attend. In the event the workshop sells out, please email us, to be added to a waitlist for a possible second session. It is a limited seat event.
Parking; Please park in the lot across the street from the Historic City Hall building (pFriem & Keeper are located there). Its a very short walk from there. Do not park in the Reliable Credit parking lot as it is private property or the 15 minute spot right in front of K.MARIE. If it is Sunday (during Farmers Market that runs May-October), you can park in the lot across from Milwaukie City Hall or on the street. There is also a lot behind my old building. Don't forget the Farmer's Market opens at 9:30 am and its always fun to shop the market early....you always get the prettiest produce and plants.
