Ruffled crepe is one of my favorite elements to create with. Fabulous for trimming boxes, as part of gift wrapping or for a beautiful collar on a creation.
Each strand is made by hand and whenever I can I use vintage crepe paper.
Each piece is a minimum of 1 yard.
