Pickle vs ferment I can't wait to learn about the difference, let us know if you are interested in a ferment class as an upcoming workshop (Levi from Three Goats Farm is going tease a ferment class)
Canned vs refrigerator pickles (they will be making refrigerator pickles because they are more snappy and better in my opinion and let's face it Levi would know)
How to pickle, YES the part we have been waiting for.
You will select from a variety of vegetables that Three Goats Farm is bringing along with spices/herbs to make a quart jar of pickles to take home with you. We will also provide a printed copy of the recipe to take home
What we would ask you to bring: Apron, cutting board, and knife
This is a non refundable/non transferable workshop. If you find that you cannot attend, you are welcome so send someone in your place.
